Project Background

This case study shows how my I designed app designs for Grab & Go - a shopping application that allows users to pay for their groceries via their shopping cart in order to reduce waiting times.

Carried out user research, conducted interviews, journey mapping, crafted high-fidelity wireframes, and mockups with UX Design Principles.

Problem Statement

Shoppers have too many inconveniences while shopping: waiting in long queues, unable to find their wanted product, and not being able to find the right product among the similar items.

Target Audience

For individuals with busy schedules, who find the needs to go grocery shopping weekly with limited time available.
