Hey there, Arjun here

In this week’s newsletter, we will be covering a topic which most people talk about. It’s something everyone teaches but most people miss out on the actual important details.

By the end of this letter, you will have:

→ A clear understanding on how to improve your brand growth

→ A proven system to follow

→ The knowledge to build undeniable authority

There’s one main way to get ahead of 99% of people. And that’s to focus on your strengths.

School teaches us to focus on our weaknesses and improve on them.

But, in reality, that’s not how life works. Your strengths become your best friend.

It’s a simple 3 step framework. Well, not that simple. But, I’ll make it easy for you to understand.

  1. Pick
  2. Build
  3. Scale

That’s it.

1. Pick

So, the first step is to find what your strengths are and hone in on the ones that are also profitable.

Here’s how ↓

1. Take a paper, draw 2 circles.

2. The first circle contains the skills you are good at and the other one contains the skills that are in demand currently (ex: writing).

3. The skills that are in both circles are the ones you should focus on.

But how do you know whether those skills are profitable?

Search up that skill on Instagram or Twitter.

If there are a lot of people teaching that skill, it’s profitable. It’s quite simple, isn’t it?

2. Build

Ever heard of the phrase “disappear for 1 year and build” ?

If you have been following other people, you might have heard them say this.

It’s an overused phrase.

But, the core message is correct.

What’s that core message?

It’s to focus on the skills we previously discussed and build using them.

Build what?

Build an audience, an offer and a name for yourself.

These 3 things can be 3 different emails in itself but here’s a quick rundown ↓

First and foremost, you need to build an audience.

This means finding the people who are most likely to benefit from your skills and expertise, and then creating content or products that will appeal to them.

Whether you're starting a blog, a YouTube channel, or a social media account, the key is to provide value to your audience and give them a reason to keep coming back.

Once you have an audience, you can start to think about creating an offer. This could be a product, a service, or even a course.

Whatever it is, it should be something that your audience is willing to pay for and that provides them with even more value than your free content.

By creating an offer, you not only generate revenue, but you also deepen the relationship with your audience. Plus, position yourself as an expert in the field. As long as your product offers value.

Finally, you need to build a name for yourself. This means becoming known as an authority in your field and someone that others turn to for advice and guidance.

This can be achieved through consistent content creation, speaking engagements, and networking with other professionals in your field. The key is to establish yourself as someone worth paying attention to.

By building an audience, an offer, and a name for yourself, you can set yourself up for long-term wealth and a career you are passionate for.

3. Scale

This is the last step. And the easiest one. But, also the hardest one to execute on.

Why? It requires a mission and a vision beyond vanity metrics. (followers, likes, etc)

I’d argue sales is also one of them.

To scale, it’s by becoming the top 1% of creators.

The top 20% are the most well-known. The top 1% makes the most money.

To become the top 1%, you need to first become the top 20%.

Sharing content consistently isn’t enough because the top 20% is also sharing valuable content consistently.

So here’s how you get into the top 20%

  • Share content that is more valuable
  • Share content in a unique way
  • Develop a deep grasp of skills
  • Stand out from them using:
  • Visuals
  • Writing style

Now that you are in the top 20%, how do you get into the top 1%?

This is where new strategies are needed:

  • Network, befriend and collaborate with the top 1% of creators to be recognized as one of them
  • Have a product ecosystem that is stronger that the top 20%
  • Broaden your content pillars and start setting new trends

And that’s it. This is the 3 step framework.

6 months is a lot of time. A person can accomplish a lot of things in this time period. All you need is no distractions and 4-6 hours of focused work everyday.

I hope this newsletter opened up your mind on how you can achieve more success and unlock new-found growth.
